Traditional Parisian Crepes

Our Glover Park and Gaithersburg locations are open daily from 9am – 5pm.

Welcome to point chaud cafe & crêpes

Enjoy delicious, piping-hot crepes, inspired by a unique Parisian tradition. The recipe for our triangular-shaped crepes originated in France. Now, we have brought the concept to the States so that you can experience and savor this delectable creation locally.

Point Chaud Cafe & Crêpes features two kinds of the filled and wrapped, delicate pancakes known as crepes. Sweet crepes feature the freshest fruits, brown sugar, cinnamon, or even chocolate, topped with whipped cream and powdered sugar. Savory crepes feature grilled vegetables or meats or cheeses, prepared just as ordered and full of juicy flavor.

I’m a huge crepe fan. There’s no complaints here! They had a lot of selections and my blueberry crepe was perfect. It wasn’t too sweet like some other ones I’ve had in the past. The service was very friendly as well.

BEST PLACE EVER! Fast service, great prices, greast atmosphere, kind staff, and most importantly, delicious food! Highly recommend!

Strawberry, Banana, and Nutella crepe. It was exactly what I expected!

We were walking to Starbucks and passed this place. Glad we stopped. Awesome crepes. We did a build your own with bananas, strawberries, Nutella, and coconut. We also ordered a vanilla latte. Highly recommend. We’ll have to come back during the day to try their quiches, salads, and savory crepes.

Delicious! Tons of selection whether you’re looking for sweet or savory.

Went here for an impromptu breakfast and got a savory crepe and a sweet one and both were great. One crepe is large enough to be filling for a meal, but you could easily eat two if you’re starving.

The crepe was cooked perfectly, all the ingredients inside were warm and the crepe itself was soft and well made.

I have no complaints about this place. I would eat here regularly if I lived here, but I don’t.

I got the nutella & banana crepes. Best crepes i’ve ever tried and i’ve tried the “best” crepes in Paris. Crispy edges and a soft inside, with generous toppings inside.

I come here on Sundays and get the Nutella and strawberry crepe. The ladies behind the counter are very nice and friendly. The crepes are always consistent and fresh. I’ve never had a problem with this place ever.

We have stopped here a few times and I have had a nice experience every time. We have ordered a few sweet crepes and savory crepes a panini and many orders of gelato. The ordering is no nonsense straight forward and the food is delivered quickly and good. I’m sure my girls will have me coming back here every day while we are here.

The food is great, service is also great. The food comes on fast and the price is good. There is not one bad thing about this place. Chicken pesto is Delicious

This place was great! Nice hole in the wall with plenty of options! Really enjoyed my first Crepe!

We came here to escape another restaurant and let’s just say that we were pleasantly surprised. The ladies were super nice and the crepes made for an excellent breakfast. My mom and sister had never had a crepe before so the really enjoyed the experience. I think it’s a nice little shop that should be given a try. If we are ever back in DC again and in the neighborhood we may very well stop by.

Food is amazing, customer service is friendly, we live in Gainesville and the drive is definitely worth it I highly recommend this place. Finding parking is kinda hard but it’s d.c can’t expect decent parking. Definitely check this place out.

My husband and I were walking back to our hotel on a leisurely Sunday stroll when we passed this little spot. It seemed like destiny because we had talked about crepes all weekend, and we were just a few hours away from the end of our trip!

I ordered the banana and Nutella crepe. They put two bananas on it which pleased me very much! But, I definitely felt like it could have used some more Nutella at that point. The ratio left a little something to be desired, but it was still good. My crepe cost about $7.

My husband had a sugar and butter crepe. They were liberal with both ingredients. It was tasty. $5.

Both came with homemade whipped cream, and a sprinkling of powdered sugar. They have tap water available and canned drinks. I bought some coke for $1.50. A nice little impromptu dessert.

Service was quick and our orders were hot.

Kibd of funky take-out feel inside, but the crepe grill delivers reliably as it’s done for more than a decade. I took a table outside to enjoy the scurry of flat shoed office workers hustling by. A really good crepe was a great match to the freshly brewed coffee.

Love this place! Incredible food, I got a strawberry & white chocolate crepe and it was just amazing. Super sweet people working too.

Delicious savory and sweet crepes! Plenty of options to choose from. This tiny and cozy cafe on 14th Street, NW serves up delicious food. The staff are friendly and helpful if you have any questions. There are two small outdoor tables on the sidewalk. I’ve been coming here for years and have never been disappointed.

The crêpes were amazing. I wanted some smoothie as a drink but there was not much variety, but the girl serving me was so sweet and caring she offered me lots of other alternatives. The service was quick, and the place very cosy. The music too is nice!
